Explanation
This comic is titled "Sad Truth: Just because someone agrees with you on one thing, it doesn't mean you're on the same side." It presents three vignettes showing people who superficially agree on a position but for wildly different and incompatible reasons.
In the first panel, a woman says she's fine with gay people marrying, and a man agrees enthusiastically -- but then reveals his reasoning is that "that's just more room in heaven for me," implying he believes gay people are going to hell. In the second, a woman says "sexism hurts everyone" and a man agrees, but then explains that as a sexist, he can't get a girlfriend, so who will do his laundry -- completely missing the point. In the third, parents tell their son Bobby to never use a racial slur, but their reason is a superstitious fear that "if you say it three times, a Black person appears." Each vignette satirizes how people can reach superficially progressive conclusions through entirely bigoted reasoning, highlighting that agreement on a position does not indicate agreement on underlying values.
