This comic shows a man explaining to his friends that he has rigged up a hidden bag of milk in his shirt pocket so he can squirt milk through a hole in his shirt by squeezing it. When asked why he would ever want such a device, he explains that he is meeting a creationist that afternoon.
The second panel reveals the payoff: the creationist poses the common anti-evolution argument, "If evolution is true, how come men still have nipples?"
