Explanation
This comic is titled "Culture Is Weird" and shows two men mocking the Indian version of Superman as ridiculous. Below the panel, the comic lists "Things American Superman Does" and "Things Indian Superman Does" side by side. The two lists are virtually identical -- flying, breathing in space, lifting anything, shooting lasers from eyes, being invincible, and so on -- with the only difference being that Indian Superman also dances.
The joke highlights the absurdity of cultural bias. Americans find the Indian Superman ridiculous presumably because he dances in his movies (a reference to Bollywood's tradition of musical numbers), while completely overlooking how inherently absurd the entire Superman concept already is. The nearly identical lists make the point that judging another culture's version of an already fantastical character as "ridiculous" reveals more about one's own blind spots than about the other culture.
