Explanation
This comic plays on a deliberate misunderstanding of the phrase "rough sex." In the first panel, a man asks a woman, "May I interest you in some rough sex?" In the next panel, captioned "Later...," the woman discovers him having sex with her dresser (a piece of furniture). He defends himself by saying, "That's roughly where you are!" -- implying he interpreted "rough" as "approximate" rather than "vigorous."
The final panel delivers the punchline as the man sheepishly admits, "Also, my penis is full of splinters now," confirming that he literally had sex with the wooden furniture. The joke escalates the absurdity by taking the word "roughly" to its logical extreme: he approximated the woman's location so poorly that he ended up with the dresser, and suffered the predictable physical consequences.
