Explanation
This comic features an old man delivering a nostalgic speech about how things were better "when I was growing up." His claims include not having to work hard to pay bills, being able to poop wherever you liked and having people clean it up, and whenever you screamed, someone would put boobs in your face and food came out of them.
The caption beneath reads "All false nostalgia is essentially the same." The joke is that the old man is not actually describing a better era of society -- he is describing infancy. Every supposed advantage of "the good old days" he lists is literally just what life is like for a baby. The comic satirizes the tendency of older generations to romanticize the past by pointing out that the carefree, pampered existence they remember was not a feature of their historical era but simply a feature of being too young to have any responsibilities.
