This comic plays on the trope of an old man being called a creep for staring at a young woman. The punchline demolishes this high-minded reverie entirely. The final panels reveal that two old men are actually keeping score of incidental physical contact with women, treating it as a competitive game. "Her left boob touched my shoulder" earns a point, and one man announces "10-6. Game point, motherfucker." The joke works by setting up a genuinely moving monologue and then pulling the rug out to reveal the old men are, in fact, exactly the creeps they were accused of being.
