Explanation
This comic plays on the Christian doctrine of transubstantiation -- the belief held in Catholicism that during the Eucharist, wine literally becomes the blood of Christ. A gleeful child (or person) exclaims to Jesus, "Ha! Tricked you into drinking your own blood!" Jesus is shown holding a bottle of wine and looking uncomfortable or disturbed.
The humor comes from taking transubstantiation at face value and following it to its logical, absurd conclusion. If wine truly becomes the blood of Christ, then when Jesus himself drinks wine, he is technically consuming his own blood. The comic finds comedy in the image of someone pranking Jesus with his own theological doctrine, and in Jesus's dismayed reaction to a loophole he presumably never considered.
