Explanation
Two children discover that their twenty-foot-tall snowman has fallen over during the night. One child, undeterred, exclaims "Wait! I have an idea!" In the final panel, the child has climbed inside the collapsed snowman and bursts out yelling "MAAAH! I've escaped from the uterus!" The other child, disgusted, declares "I'm not playing with you any more."
The humor comes from the jarring contrast between innocent childhood winter play and the grotesque biological metaphor. The shape of the fallen, rounded snowman apparently reminded one child of a womb, and rather than trying to rebuild it, the child decides to role-play being born. The joke plays on the idea that some kids absorb just enough anatomical knowledge to deploy it in the most inappropriate contexts possible, turning wholesome snow play into something deeply uncomfortable for everyone involved.
