Explanation
A man arrives at a formal dance and is told by the doorman that the party is already over. When he protests that it was supposed to start right now, the doorman explains that everyone came early, got bored, and fell asleep.
The final panel reveals the sign on the building: "Premature Ejaculation Society Dance." The entire comic is built around a single extended innuendo -- the concept of "coming early" and finishing too quickly is applied literally to a social event organized by a society for people with premature ejaculation. The joke works on multiple levels: the members' defining characteristic has been humorously transposed from a sexual context to their behavior at a party, where they predictably arrived too soon and couldn't sustain their engagement.
