Explanation
This comic satirizes the idea of using deceptive "scientific" methods on first dates. A woman explains to her friend that she asks men to draw the male symbol (a circle with an arrow) on a first date, supposedly "for science." After sleeping with them, she compares the actual size of their penis to how long they drew the arrow tail on the symbol, plotting the results on a scatter chart with axes for "small tail" to "large tail" and "small penis" to "large penis."
She proudly announces that "a pattern emerges," presenting a correlation between how men draw the arrow and their actual anatomy -- the implication being that men who are more well-endowed draw a longer arrow as a form of subconscious self-representation. The friend then points to an outlier on the chart and asks "Who's this guy?" -- someone who drew an enormous arrow tail. The punchline reveals "He died of blood loss," a darkly absurd joke implying that his anatomy was so exaggerated it was physically impossible, turning the pseudo-scientific premise into pure absurdity.
