Explanation
This comic follows a pregnant woman with glasses who announces: "Once I give birth, I'''ll be like Spiderman." In the next panel she exclaims "Aha! The votey panel shows a bearded man telling the bespectacled woman "You need to sleep more," implying that the entire Spider-Man fantasy was the product of sleep-deprived delirium during late pregnancy -- a relatable experience for many expecting parents.
