Explanation
This comic follows a daughter named Susie playing a prank on her father. In the opening panels, we see a close-up of hands rubbing together over a glass of water. The father catches her in the act and smugly declares: "Nice try, Susie. I watched you do that. There was no salt or sugar or lemon or pepper for you to slip into my drink this time." He'''s confident he'''s foiled her latest trick.
However, in the next panel, Susie delivers a devastating counter-attack through pure information. She explains that "the human body is covered with a fine layer of skin, which easily flakes off, and which is suffused with keratin, which is the primary substance that makes up the cottage cheese-like glop inside of a sebaceous cyst." By rubbing her hands over his drink, she wasn'''t adding any foreign substance -- she was simply making him aware that she'''d shed dead skin cells and keratin flakes into his water. The gross-out factor is the prank itself.
In the final panel, Susie recounts the incident to a friend, who asks if her dad grounded her. Susie happily reports that he actually bought her an ice cream, leading her friend to observe "Dads are weird." The implication is that her father was so impressed by her clever use of biological knowledge to disgust him that he rewarded her rather than punished her -- a very dad-like response to a child showing intelligence, even when it'''s used against him. The votey shows the friend laughing and suggesting to "search YouTube for sebaceous cyst," extending the gross-out humor by referencing the popular (and revolting) genre of cyst-popping videos online.
