Explanation
This comic depicts a sex education class gone hilariously wrong. A teacher welcomes students to "day one of sex ed" and asks if everyone has a banana and condom. One student asks why his banana is smaller than everyone else'''s, and the teacher responds with dark fatalism: "Because genetics is a capricious goddess whose idle whims are our crosses to bear."
The teacher then instructs a student named Bobby to "think of a woman for half a second." Bobby says "Okay..." and then there is a clicking sound effect followed by a "BOOM!" -- implying that just thinking about a woman caused an immediate and explosive physical reaction (the condom on the banana popping). The other students look shocked. The lesson seems to be an absurdly exaggerated and pessimistic portrayal of male puberty and sexuality.
In the final panel, a student says, "I'''m not sure this is an accurate portrayal of sex for most people," and the teacher responds, "Hold on. I need to play the audio of my wife laughing." This is self-deprecating humor suggesting the teacher'''s own sex life is so bad that his wife'''s reaction to it is laughter, and he'''s essentially projecting his own insecurities onto the class.
The votey panel continues this thread: someone says "That'''s crying" and the teacher responds "Oops! Wrong file!" -- implying that he also has audio of his wife crying, making his domestic situation even more pathetically humorous.
