Explanation
This comic is a Venn diagram joke with three overlapping circles. The yellow circle is labeled "Attractive parts of a woman'''s body," the red circle is "Body parts that come in pairs," and the blue circle is "Body parts made mostly of fat." At the center where all three circles overlap, there is simply a question mark.
The humor relies on the reader immediately recognizing that the intersection of all three categories -- attractive, paired, and made mostly of fat -- points to breasts, without the comic ever explicitly naming them. The caption below reads: "If you'''re currently thinking of anything but breasts, congratulations on your career in neurology." This line acknowledges that while a neuroscientist might think of other body parts or structures that technically fit the criteria, the overwhelming majority of people will jump straight to the obvious answer.
The votey panel is a meta-joke referencing fan requests: it says "3 people in one hour at NYCC last week: '''More graph jokes.'''" This explains why the comic exists -- Weinersmith was apparently at New York Comic Con (NYCC) and received multiple requests for more of his signature graph and diagram humor, which this Venn diagram comic directly delivers on.
