Explanation
This comic features a muscular, long-haired man who declares himself "the God of Sex," announcing that he has returned after centuries of slumber to please one lucky woman. A dark-haired woman in a green shirt looks on with interest. In the next panel, the God of Sex snaps his fingers and declares: "Annnnd, there we are. You'''re pregnant with healthy twins, and no need for sexual congress." The woman is shown looking shocked and disappointed in a dark panel, and then asks: "You haven'''t updated your sex technique since the Victorian era, have you?" He responds: "Love don'''t change, baby."
The humor centers on the gap between the God of Sex'''s grand self-presentation and his hilariously prudish understanding of what sex is for. Rather than being a skilled lover, he treats reproduction as the sole purpose of the act and accomplishes it with a simple snap of the fingers -- bypassing any actual intimacy. His idea of "pleasing" a woman is making her instantly pregnant with twins, reflecting an absurdly clinical and outdated view of sexuality. The Victorian-era reference is apt, as that period is commonly associated with sexual repression and the idea that intercourse was purely for procreation.
The votey panel continues the joke, with the woman telling him to "take off the top hat" and the God of Sex repeating "Love don'''t change, baby" -- doubling down on the Victorian-era gag by revealing he is literally wearing Victorian-era clothing (a top hat) during the encounter.
