Explanation
In this comic, a group of women at what appears to be a bachelorette party are playing a drinking game. The host announces she has discovered a container behind the couch that is not factory sealed. She explains it could be empty, or it could contain some substance, or it could contain something foul and unspecific. The woman who drank first then screams in horror: "Holy mother of Christ, yogurt! All is lost!" The joke is a parody of Russian Roulette applied to a bachelorette party setting, where instead of a bullet in a revolver, the "deadly" chamber contains something as mundane (but disgusting in context) as old, unrefrigerated yogurt found behind a couch. The humor comes from the dramatic buildup and terrified reaction to something so ordinary.
