The Joke

The Humor
The comedy comes from the absurd literalism of the hiring process. The standard interview question about weaknesses is designed to test self-awareness and honesty -- candidates are expected to give a thoughtful, humble answer. This candidate gives the worst possible response by claiming perfection, which in real life would be an immediate red flag. But in the comic's world, the interviewer takes the answer completely at face value and is thrilled to have found a flawless candidate.
