Explanation
The Joke
A rugged-looking man boasts to a woman, "Baby, I am a sexual Tyrannosaurus." In the next panel, labeled "Later...", the couple is in bed, and the woman asks, "Why don't you use your hands more?" The man responds, "I warned you about that!"
The Humor
The joke is a literal interpretation of the boastful metaphor "sexual Tyrannosaurus" (a phrase meaning a person of great sexual prowess). The man meant it as macho bragging, but the comic takes it literally: Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaurs were famously known for their tiny, nearly useless forelimbs. So when the woman asks him to use his hands more during intimacy, he cannot, because -- as a "sexual Tyrannosaurus" -- his arms are too small and stubby to be useful, just like the actual dinosaur.
