This comic presents a pointed observation about the desire for AI servants. A programmer explains that they want to develop "a perfect AI to be my servant" -- one that has perfect empathy, can do everything a human can, behaves like a person when spoken to, but can be "treated like trash" whenever the owner feels like it.
The other character immediately identifies what's being described: "It sounds like you want an abusive relationship." The programmer cheerfully confirms, "I would like several, yes."
