Explanation
In this comic, a woman tells her date that she has something to confess before they go back to his place. The man braces himself, expecting some kind of dark secret. She then reveals that she has "googly eyes tattooed on every hidden part of my body that could resemble a mouth." The final panel shows the man's reaction -- the confession is bizarre and unexpected, but apparently not a dealbreaker, as he says "it was not a dealbreaker" (or words to that effect).
The humor comes from subverting the typical "I have a confession" setup in romantic situations. The audience expects something serious -- a criminal record, a secret identity, an ex -- but instead gets something absurdly specific and harmless: novelty googly-eye tattoos placed so that various body parts look like goofy faces. It plays on the idea of a "red flag" that is so weird it circles back around to being endearing or at least harmlessly eccentric.
