Explanation
The Joke
A couple is in bed together, and one partner doesn't understand "dirty talk." The other explains that it's a sex thing where you talk in a low voice and say what you like, and the other person reciprocates. The first partner attempts this by narrating exactly what is happening in a literal, meta way: "You like how I'm currently talking dirty?" and "Yeah sure, you like how I'm suddenly feeling confused?" The conversation devolves into increasingly bizarre self-referential descriptions of the awkward situation itself, culminating in "You like how sorry I'm feeling? Do you like it?!"
The Humor
The comedy comes from one partner taking the concept of dirty talk completely literally and failing to understand the performative, fantasy-driven nature of it. Instead of saying anything seductive, they simply narrate their own confusion and emotional state in a "sexy voice," creating an absurd feedback loop. Each attempt at dirty talk becomes more meta and less sexy -- describing their own bewilderment as though it were erotic content.
The escalation is key: the partner goes from confused narration to desperately trying to make their own apology sound sexy, which is the opposite of what dirty talk is supposed to accomplish. The final panel with the red background and the shouted apology-as-dirty-talk represents the complete breakdown of the attempt.
