Explanation
This comic is a riff on the famous scene from Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" in which the creature is brought to life, but reimagined with insects (likely ants or beetles).
In the first panel, a bug stumbles upon what appears to be a dead or dying fellow bug on the forest floor and exclaims "Oh my god, that weirdo's crying... it looks like Frank!" followed by "Frank is dead, don't be crazy, I dunno, smell him, he's got that sick and he's dead" -- the bugs are reacting with confusion and alarm to the sight of another bug behaving oddly.
The punchline comes in the final panels where one bug screams "FRIIIIIENDS! REMEMMMMBER FRIIIIIIENDS!" in a dramatic plea for recognition and connection, while the other bugs simply scream "AAAAAAAAA" in mindless panic.
