Explanation
This comic plays on the trope of a "Freaky Friday" body-swap scenario applied to a college professor. A student tells the professor they would do "anything" for a good grade, implying a sexual proposition. The professor responds "You mean like... studying?" -- subverting the suggestive setup.
The next panels escalate the absurdity. The student insists this is inappropriate, to which the professor matter-of-factly explains that this is a "sex-for-grades" scenario and that sex is widely available in various forms, but what they really need is studying. The student persists, and the professor says "you need a single weekday" for studying. The final panel shows another professor commenting on someone giving a student a "lousy grade" because their "flesh is weak," flipping the expected punchline -- instead of the professor succumbing to sexual temptation, their weakness was for the student's flattery, and they gave in by giving an undeserved grade.
