Explanation
This comic depicts a man praying to God about his relationship troubles. He says "Dear Jesus, I'm having trouble communicating with my girlfriend," to which God immediately responds "Oh no, I'm good actually. My girlfriend is perfect." God then goes on to elaborate that his girlfriend is perfect, that even the guy over at Shmove's Lamentations agrees she's perfect.
The man tries to interrupt with "Stop," but God keeps going, saying the man has "really got salt" (or similar), before shouting "NOOOO!" when someone apparently suggests God's relationship might not be perfect.
In the final panel, God clarifies: "It's okay, she just went from being a hot woman to being a hot woman and a goat."
The joke is a subversion of the prayer format. Instead of God offering wisdom or comfort about the man's relationship problems, God is completely self-absorbed and only wants to talk about how great His own girlfriend is. The humor also references the Old Testament portrayal of God as jealous and insecure, and the goat reference likely alludes to biblical animal sacrifice or transformation myths. The comic satirizes the idea of a personal God who is supposed to help with human problems but turns out to be just as self-centered and emotionally needy as any human partner.
