Explanation
The Joke
Two people are shown in what appears to be a flirtatious or sexual roleplay scenario, but the "dirty talk" consists entirely of things a presidential candidate would have to do on the campaign trail. One person says "And you're gonna fake a regional accent!" to which the other enthusiastically responds "Oh god yeah." Then: "And after that, you're gonna eat disgusting local food!" The other exclaims "Yeah! Make me eat it! Make me!"
The bottom caption reads: "Fun Fact: The only people still willing to run for president are erotic roleplayers."
The Humor
The comedy works on multiple levels. First, there is the absurd juxtaposition of erotic roleplay language with the mundane indignities of political campaigning -- faking accents to seem relatable and eating unappetizing regional foods at campaign stops. The characters treat these demeaning political obligations as sexually exciting, which is inherently ridiculous.
Second, the "Fun Fact" at the bottom drives home the satirical point: running for president requires subjecting yourself to so many humiliating, degrading experiences that the only people who would willingly do it are those who find degradation arousing. It is a commentary on how bizarre and self-abasing the modern political campaign process has become, and how it arguably selects for a particular kind of masochism in candidates.
