procreate
Explanation
This comic features two women, one of whom tells her partner Sally that she believes God only wants them to have sex if it's for procreation. Sally's partner then suggests a workaround: Sally can pray to God for a miracle while she gets a strap-on. She cheerfully calls this "teamwork."
The final panel, captioned "Shortly...", shows one of the women standing with hands on hips exclaiming "Son of a bitch" -- implying that the prayer actually worked and one of them has become miraculously pregnant.
The humor comes from the absurd collision of conservative religious sexual ethics (sex only for procreation) with a same-sex relationship where natural procreation is impossible. The punchline subverts expectations twice: first by the creative theological workaround, and then by the miracle actually happening, suggesting that God apparently approved of the arrangement. The comic satirizes the arbitrary nature of religious rules about sex by showing how they can be "technically" followed in spirit while completely undermining their intent.
