Explanation
This comic takes the modern culture of online reviews to an absurd extreme. A ride-share driver tells a passenger that if they had a good experience, they should leave a five-star review and say something positive. The passenger agrees, saying "And so..." We then see a review for "Central State Proctology Center" with a five-star rating reading "Excellent service, polite atmosphere." This is followed by a review for "Steve Jenkins' Anus" also with five stars: "Would plumb again." The joke is that the passenger has taken the driver's advice about reviewing everything and applied it to increasingly inappropriate contexts -- first a proctology center (already funny), then reviewing an individual's body part as though it were a business. It satirizes the review-everything culture where people rate and publicly evaluate every interaction.
