The Joke
A utilitarian (someone who believes the right action is the one that maximizes total happiness) follows their philosophy to its logical extreme and arrives at deeply counterintuitive conclusions — like that it might be moral to harvest one person's organs to save five, or that you should spend every spare dollar on malaria nets instead of ever enjoying anything.
The utilitarian is technically right according to their own framework, which is precisely the problem.
