Explanation
The Joke
A man on a date tells a woman, "I should tell you: I'm not into women with too much... 'experience.'" Rather than being offended, the woman takes his statement to its logical conclusion: "No problem! Let's have sex tonight, and I'll do the opposite of every erotic instinct I have, thus negating any prior learning." The man pauses thoughtfully, realizing the trap he has walked into.
The final panel, labeled "Later," shows them in bed. The woman says, "Please take your toe out of my nose," while the man enthusiastically responds, "Ooohhh, teach me, baby, teach me!" He has discovered that the alternative to an experienced partner is someone who is deliberately terrible at intimacy -- and ironically, he now finds himself begging her to teach him, which is exactly what he claimed to not want.
The Humor
The comic dismantles the sexist double standard where some men claim to prefer sexually inexperienced women. By having the woman take the man's preference to its logical extreme -- deliberately performing the opposite of everything she knows works -- the comic shows that "no experience" is not actually desirable in practice. The man who claimed to not want a woman with experience ends up pleading for guidance ("teach me, baby"), completely contradicting his original stated preference. The absurd image of a toe in a nose hammers home how ridiculous sex would be if someone actively unlearned everything they knew. The comic suggests that what such men actually want is not inexperience but rather the ego boost of feeling like the more knowledgeable partner -- a desire that crumbles immediately when confronted with genuine incompetence.
